⚠️Dear Cherished Patrons, please take note of the following when scheduling appointments.

1. Price Update Notice
Due to high demand and the continued surge in inflation, our service prices will be increasing slightly from 1st July.
We truly appreciate your support and understanding during this time.

2. Service Change Policy
If you switch to a different service than originally booked, you’ll be charged based on the reserved appointment time.
e.g. If Person ‘A’ booked a Zerofade but changed to a Buzzcut, they’ll still be charged the Zerofade rate.

3. No-Show Policy
If you miss two consecutive appointments within a certain period, your third booking may be restricted.
Additionally, if you wish to return after multiple no-shows, you will be charged a no-show fee equal to the cost of the service you missed.
