⚠️Dear Cherished Patrons, please take note of the following when scheduling appointments.

1. Service Change Policy
If you change to a different service than the one originally booked, you will be charged based on the time reserved for the initial service.
(e.g. if Person A booked a zerofade but switched to a buzzcut, they will still be charged for the zerofade time slot, even if they opted for the buzzcut)

2. No-Show Policy
If you arrive late by the full duration of your scheduled service, it will be considered a no-show. If you miss two consecutive appointments within a certain period, your third booking may be restricted.
Additionally, if you wish to return after multiple no-shows, you will be charged a no-show fee equal to the cost of the service you booked. (e.g. $40 no-show fee for a $40 standard haircut)

3. Your haircut may be monitored and recorded for quality assurance and marketing purposes. (Face will be blurred to maintain anonymity unless we ask for permission)
Otherwise, please leave us a note on your booking or say prior to haircut that you don’t want to be filmed or photographed
