🚨⚠️ This is to inform you that we are relocating because the cost of running a small business in a shopping centre has become too high and unbearable for us to continue at this location. New location will be notified shortly

1. Service Change Policy
If you switch to a different service than originally booked, you’ll be charged based on the reserved appointment time.
e.g. If a Person booked a Zerofade initially but changed to a Buzzcut right before cutting, they’ll still be charged the Zerofade rate.

2. No-Show Policy
If you miss two consecutive appointments within a certain period, your third booking may be restricted.
Additionally, if you wish to return after multiple no-shows, you will be charged a no-show fee equal to the cost of the service you missed.
